Trader for head office in St.Petersburg

Multinational Company dealing with  export of organic agricultural products to Europe/USA is seeking trader for their head office in St.Petersburg.

Group’s sister company is located in Romania&Ukraine &Turkey.

General Qualifications:

  • Have very good control of English language both in spoken and written, second foreign language is preferred especially Russian 
  • Min. 2 years experience in purchase of grain&oilseed 
  • Min 4 years University degree with an english education
  • Completed military service (for male candidates) 
  • Awarnes of basic foreign trade regulations, incoterms 
  • Goal oriented, High orginisation  skills, Young, Dynamic, Presentable, Liable and Reliable
  • No  restiriction  for travelling in/out of Russia

Job Description:

  • Relations & communication with domestic&foreign clients,
  • Negotiations and preparation of contracts
  • Coordination of all necessary works loading&shipment with execution department as per contract conditions 
  • Have hard working, ambitious and challenging character

Chief of execution department for head office in St.Petersburg

Multinational Company dealing with  export of organic agricultural products to Europe/USA is seeking chief of execution department for their head office in St.Petersburg.

Group’s sister company is located in Romania&Ukraine &Turkey.

General Qualifications:

  • Have very good control of English language both in spoken and written, 
  • Aged not more than 40 years and Completed military service (for male candidates)
  • Min. 4 years experience for foreign trade in logistic and execution department
  • Min 4 years University degree with an english education
  • High organisation  skills, Young, Dynamic, Presentable, Liable and Reliable
  • No  restiriction  for travelling in/out of Russia

Job Description:

  • Management of contracts ( issuance, filling, signatures process) 
  • Coordination& preparations of all documents related with  of loading, inspection, custom , shipments&transport transaction as per contract conditions 
  • Storage/warehousing planning and control, monitoring,  
  • In charge with transport logistic : containers, sea going vessels, railcars and trucks
